Information and purpose
Name, email, topic and message are used to understand your enquiry and arrange a reply. Organisation is optional. Do not send secrets, passwords, logs, attachments or third-party personal data. No marketing subscription is created.
Basis and recipients
A service enquiry is processed to take pre-contractual steps at your request. Other enquiries are handled in our legitimate interest in managing requests addressed to the business. Data is saved on our IONOS server and transferred to our private Pupitre inbox on the same server, for authorised human review. No AI service receives the form and no automatic email is sent.
Retention
The reception buffer is purged after 365 days. Enquiries copied to the private inbox are reviewed by the publisher and removed within 12 months after the last exchange unless a contract or another documented obligation requires separate retention. You may request earlier deletion where applicable. Technical rate-limit hashes are retained for one hour. Server access logs are rotated and retained for at most 14 days; private backups are retained for at most 14 days.
Cookies and external services
No cookies, advertising trackers or audience analytics. Fonts and illustrations are served by this website. The journal uses public CERT-FR and CISA sources retrieved by our server; displaying cards does not send your form data to these organisations. Their links are opened only when followed.
Your rights
To request access, correction, deletion, restriction or object to processing where applicable, use the contact form or write to the controller at the address above. You may lodge a complaint with CNIL.
